Cookie Policy

Last Updated: April 25, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Agence Frontline (doing business as “Frontline Agency,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) uses cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://frontlineagency.ca and our associated SaaS/CRM subdomains (collectively, the “Website”).

It explains what these technologies are, why we use them to power our digital marketing and AI automation services, and your rights to control our use of them.

QUEBEC LAW 25 COMPLIANCE: PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

Frontline Agency operates out of Quebec and strictly adheres to Law 25. We recognize that certain tracking technologies used for analytics and advertising constitute “profiling, locating, or identifying” technology. Therefore, all non-essential cookies (Analytics and Advertising) are disabled by default. They will only be activated on your device if you provide explicit, affirmative consent via our Cookie Preference Banner.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND TRACKING PIXELS?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. We use “first-party cookies” (set by Frontline Agency) to ensure our Website and SaaS platforms function properly. We also use “third-party cookies” (set by our partners, such as Google and Meta) to provide advanced analytics, interactive content, and retargeting advertising.

Tracking Pixels and Web Beacons are tiny, transparent graphics files containing a unique identifier. We use these on our Website and in our emails to monitor user traffic patterns, measure the success of marketing campaigns, and connect ad interactions to conversions.

2. THE TECHNOLOGIES WE USE (OUR TECH STACK)

Because Frontline Agency deploys high-level enterprise ad stacks and SaaS applications, we categorize our cookies and tracking tools into three main areas:

A. Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies

These cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Website and proprietary CRM to operate. Because they are essential, they cannot be rejected.

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) Session Cookies: Used across our domains and subdomains (e.g., app.frontlineagency.ca) to authenticate users, maintain secure login sessions for our clients (Tiers 0–3), and ensure data routing functions properly.
  • Stripe: Used for fraud prevention, security, and the processing of setup fees and monthly SaaS subscriptions directly on our Website.
  • CookieYes / Consent Management: Used to remember your cookie consent preferences so we do not ask you every time you visit.

B. Analytics & Performance Cookies

With your consent, these cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Website, allowing us to optimize the user experience and site architecture.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymized data regarding page views, scroll depth, and user journey paths.

C. Targeted Advertising & Profiling Cookies

With your consent, we use these third-party cookies to track and target the interests of our users, build lookalike audiences, and deliver relevant advertisements across different platforms.

  • Meta Pixel: Allows us to track user behavior on our site to deliver highly targeted retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google Ads & Conversion Linker: Used to measure the effectiveness of our Google Search campaigns and serve relevant ads to users based on their search intent.

3. CLOSED-LOOP TRACKING AND CLICK IDS

As part of our advanced lead generation operations, Frontline Agency utilizes “Closed-Loop Tracking.” When you interact with our advertisements, we may capture unique URL tracking parameters, known as Click IDs (such as GCLID for Google or fbclid for Meta).

If you subsequently submit a form or opt-in to our services, these Click IDs are securely stored as first-party data within our CRM. We use this data strictly for offline conversion tracking—sending hashed attribution signals back to ad networks to train their algorithms to find high-intent buyers.

4. HOW CAN YOU CONTROL COOKIES?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies.

The Cookie Preference Center
You can exercise your cookie rights at any time by setting your preferences in our Cookie Preference Center (accessible via the floating widget or notification banner on our Website). You can choose to accept or reject Analytics and Advertising categories.

Browser Controls
You can also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser’s help menu for more information:

Opting Out of Advertising Networks
In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising entirely. For more information, please visit the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC) at https://youradchoices.ca/.

5. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use, our service tiers, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.
